1. About Our Service
Mera Bazaar Online is a hyperlocal marketplace platform connecting customers with local shopkeepers in Pakistan. We provide the technology platform but are not party to transactions between users.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this app
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
3. User Accounts
3.1 Customers
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Pay for orders placed through the Service
- Communicate respectfully with shopkeepers
3.2 Shopkeepers
- Provide accurate shop and product information
- Upload genuine product images
- Set fair and accurate prices
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable local laws
- Pay subscription fees as applicable (₨500-₨1000/month)
4. Shop Verification
All shops undergo admin verification. We reserve the right to reject or remove shops that violate our policies.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Violate any applicable laws
- Post false or misleading content
- Sell illegal or prohibited items
- Harass or harm other users
- Create fake accounts
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
- Scrape data without permission
6. Transactions
- Orders are agreements between customers and shopkeepers
- We facilitate but are not party to transactions
- Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa
- Refund policies are determined by individual shopkeepers
7. Content Guidelines
Users may not post:
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Violent or hateful content
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Spam or misleading content
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design and content, is protected by copyright. You may not copy or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We provide the Service "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for transactions between users
- We are not responsible for product quality or delivery
- Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the last 12 months
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or receive multiple complaints.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account or visit our Account Deletion Page.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users should be resolved directly. We may assist in mediation but are not obligated to resolve disputes. Any disputes with us shall be resolved in courts of Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
